EBN specifies the following requirements to be supplied for performance:
1. A stereo P.A. system appropriate for the location. This P.A. must include at least 12 channels for audio and microphone lines;
2 channels (left and right) for stereo VCR#1
2 channels (left and right) for stereo VCR#2
or Macintosh computer
2 channels (left and right) for stereo DJ mixer
2 channels (mono) for two microphones
2 channels (left and right) for stereo vocal effect returns
2 channels (left and right) for extra stereo instrument
The P.A. also must supply two backup microphones and backup direct boxes.
2. Power supply onstage composed of ;
1 clean line for all audio and video sources
(i.e. VCRs, computers, and DJ equipment)
2 separate 20 amp lines for EBN motorized props and lighting
3. Measurements, dimensions and other characteristics of the
stage, lighting grids, lighting bars, theatrical flies, etc., sent to
EBN in advance.
EBN's minimum area required for performance is 12 ft. high X 20 ft. wide X 10 ft. deep (stage). Also there must be enough space to place EBN video projectors at least 20 ft. or at most 35 ft. from screen.
4. Information or arrangements for safe overnight storage of EBN equipment and/or parking.
